Xanthosoma atrovirens monstrosum

I got this plant from Glasshouse Works. It struggled with aphids ans spider mite infestations, ans I am barely able to keep it alive.

The leaf color is bluish-green. The interesting part are the leaf tips, forming a small funnel-like shape.
