This Taiwanese species is quite phototropic.
Spider mites and aphids do not seem to bother it at all.

Quite happy in the high humidity of North Carolina summer...
Dry California air (see below) does not suit this species very well. |

Top view of the leaf. Someone needs to explain to the photoshop people that plants are supposed to be green. It is not yellow at all! The leaf edges are faintly pinkish. | |
